With an unparalleled dedication and a wealth of 40 years of combined playing and coaching experience, we are committed to making a impact on our community by helping young players learn and enjoy this great game.
Our primary objective is to cultivate the growth of the sport by crafting a highly competitive environment tailored for the region’s exceptional and talented players. The Dukes platform provides invaluable exposure to college coaches, serving as a gateway to extraordinary opportunities. Jim Drake – Director and Coach

45+ years of lacrosse knowledge, playing at Lakeland Panas High School (Westchester County, New York) and State University of NY, Oswego and then going on to coach youth lacrosse for 15 years. In addition, Jim also coached at LaSalle College Highschool, Twist Lacrosse, and Penn Star (PA State All-Star Team).
Zach Drake – Coach

Zach has an impressive athletic background, having played lacrosse at both Lehigh University and most recently Messiah University as a Graduate Student. During the 2022-2023 season, he recorded 25 goals and delivering 11 assists.
Currently, Zach is serving as the Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Messiah University. Furthermore, Zach’s talent in lacrosse was evident during his four-year tenure at La Salle College High School. As a senior captain, he led the team with great success, earning the prestigious titles of two-time first team All-PCL (Philadelphia Catholic League) and All-EPCLA honoree. Throughout his high school career, Zach’s dedication contributed to three PCL Championship wins.
Notably, he was honored with the Travis Manion Leadership Award by his coaches. In addition to his achievements within high school lacrosse, Zach was also a valuable member of the 2013 LaSalle College HS Pennsylvania State Championship team, an accomplishment that holds special significance. Moreover, he showcased his talent on the international stage as a member of the USA Under-19 Indoor Lacrosse Team.
